Simply put, a doula is a specially trained and certified professional who provides much needed physical aid, emotional care, and practical support to new and expecting parents, their partners, and their children.

A certified postpartum doula will work closely with you to coordinate your schedule, offer support, and provide you with a wealth of resources to help you effectively advocate for the health and wellbeing of yourself, your partner, and your child before,

during, and after your pregnancy.
